MANAGING STRESS AND OVERWHELM THROUGH SOMATIC AND EMBODIED PRACTICES

Life can be stressful. The daily challenges, responsibilities and to-do-lists amongst our deeper human struggles can put is in a state of hypervigilance or overwhelm.  Perhaps you feel a constant sense of anxiety or hyperactivity in your system or perhaps you are feeling lethargic and stuck. In this 4 series experience we'll explore simple and accessible tools and practices to manage stress and bring our systems to a more regulated state. This series will be a blend of learning about our unique nervous systems and how they work, connecting to our bodies with compassion and intention and gaining tools to regulate, restore, resource and reconnect to our essential selves.

Practices include embodied movement, meditation, somatic practices, breath inquiry, resourcing and  reflective journaling

Time: 6:00-7:00 pm PST

Once you register you will receive the link to join the online experience prior to the start date. The recording will be available for one week following each gathering.

It is recommended that you join in person if you're able - if you are unable to attend you can participate via recordings.
